A soul call written in Ga
Inspired by a performance ritual and song that emerged from the Song of the Soul retreat at the Dreaming in Wales in August 2024, this performance It is a call to the flame within all Africans and Caribbeans worldwide.
It is a call to the flame within those who have come, within those who are here, and those with sun.
Within those in our homelands, those across the waters, those in the sea, those on the land, and of those with the trees.
It is a call to be still.
To Breathe.
To Listen.
And to Remember.
