My name is Lesley Asare and I am a British Ghanaian Multidisciplinary Artist,

amalpa Teacher Training graduate, Somatic Movement Coach, Breathwork Practitioner
and Mentor.

I am a seeker.

I breathe, move and create to connect and deeply listen.

My body is my navigation tool.

I create to become conscious of myself, my community and our world.

I ask questions and tell stories using my body through paintings, movement, performances and installations but the process and all its discoveries are more precious than the result.

I collaborate because there is power in the space between you and I.

I hold space because space is sacred.

Space enables us to come home to ourselves. It enables us to honour and give room to what is alive in our bodies to shift, transform and transcend it.

I hold space using breathwork, somatic movement, nature connection and the expressive arts for us to (re)connect, play, listen, share, heal, remember who we are and define who we choose to be from a heart centred space.
